How did TV Tracker get started?

TV Tracker was created by Paul and Tracy, two cord cutters who were tired of losing track of their favorite shows across multiple streaming platforms. When their nephews suggested adding sports (especially for Paul's love of soccer), and they realized movies had the same tracking problems, TV Tracker evolved into the complete entertainment hub it is today.

Is TV Tracker free to use?

Yes! TV Tracker offers a free tier that includes basic show tracking features. We also offer premium plans with additional features like sports tracking, movie discovery, and unlimited watchlists.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, you need to create an account to track your shows, save your preferences, and sync your data across devices. Registration is quick and easy with just your email address.

How do I add shows to my watchlist?

Go to "My Shows" and click "Add Show". Search for the title you want to track and click "Track Show". The show will be added to your personal watchlist.

How many shows can I track?

Free accounts can track up to 10 shows. Premium plans offer unlimited show tracking.

Can I mark episodes as watched?

Yes! Click on any episode to mark it as watched. This helps you keep track of your viewing progress.

Why don't I see some shows?

We source our TV show data from TVMaze. If a show isn't available, it may not be in their database yet. You can contact us to request specific shows.

Which sports do you support?

We support major sports including NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Premier League, La Liga, and many more. Sports tracking is available with premium plans.

How do I track my favorite teams?

Visit "My Sports" and browse by league or search for your team. Click "Track Team" to add them to your sports dashboard.

Do you show TV broadcast information?

Yes! We provide broadcast information showing which channels or streaming services will air games in your region.

How does movie tracking work?

Movie tracking is available with premium plans. You can add movies to your watchlist and see where they're available to stream or rent.

Do you show streaming availability?

Yes! We show which streaming platforms have each movie available, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and many others.

Can I track movies I want to watch later?

Absolutely! Add movies to your watchlist to keep track of what you want to watch. You'll also see when they become available on new platforms.

Can I change my timezone?

Yes! Go to your Profile page to set your preferred timezone. All show times and sports events will be displayed in your local time.

Does TV Tracker work on mobile devices?

Absolutely! TV Tracker is designed to work perfectly on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.

How often is the data updated?

We update show schedules, sports events, and movie availability information regularly throughout the day to keep everything current.

Can I export my data?

Currently, data export isn't available, but it's on our roadmap. Contact us if this is important to you.

How do I upgrade my account?

Visit the "Billing/Plans" page from your account menu to see available plans and upgrade options.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
